Jamarhl Crawford is an activist, graphic designer, writer, poet and socially conscious Hip-Hop artist. Crawford is a lifelong Bostonian who coined the term “Blackstonian” in tribute to its deep Black History. Jamarhl grew up in Roxbury with his Grandmother who also owned a home on Martha’s Vineyard (33 Lantern Lane, Tisbury) and spent summers on island since his youth. Some of his earliest and fondest memories are shared between Roxbury & Tisbury, which is the partial title of his upcoming book. Crawford also served on the Boston Police Reform Task Force and additionally introduced Police Decertification (now the POST Commission) to the State of MA.

C.J.’s skills around market awareness, creating solutions, and customer service will position High Tide for a strong industry presence for years to come. Attorney Parkman-Lyles is a partner at Lyles and Niles, LLP. Ardrena has a broad range of experience in civil litigation, domestic relations and landlord/tenant disputes and will work to achieve an outcome that is just. The areas of her practice include: corporate law, family law, personal injury, real estate law, wills and trust, civil litigation and sports and entertainment law. Ardrena is experienced in law enforcement, serving the public for the past twenty years as a police officer and detective.

Attorney Spruill is a woman of many talents. She graduated Emerson college with degrees in film & photography. Additionally, she also is a licensed Real Estate Agent. Most recently, Spruill achieved a Doctor of Law – JD from UMass. Alejandra is passionate about the cannabis industry and is immersing herself in all MA Cannabis Control Commission regulations and compliance issues.

CORNELL MILLS (Management / Operations)

Cornell Mills is the co-owner and operator of RNS facility services, a full service property maintenance company with eight years of service providing carpentry, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, snow removal, commercial cleaning, etc. Prior to starting RNS Mr. Mills has worked in several political roles including the Director of Re-entry services for the City of Boston during the Walsh administration and as a Homicide Investigator with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office.
The Cannabis industry has always been an interest of Mr. Mills, which has led him to follow the legislation and political climate by attending numerous community meetings and meeting directly with members of the MA Cannabis Control Commission.
